PET GROOMING QUESTIONS

Hours of operation-Geriatric Pets - Payment - Missed Appointments

Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 7:30AM-4:00 PM. 1st & 3rd Saturday / Thursdays by special request.

Geriatric Pets; Dogs and Cats over a certain age find it difficult to endure the grooming process especially

if they are not groomed on a regular basis. For most pets a regular grooming schedule would be six times a year.

It is the policy of this company to schedule older pets when the owner is available

for pick-up as soon as they are finished.

We ask that you let us know when you call to make an appointment that your pet is older and has special needs

so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Personal Checks. There is a $45.00 fee on all checks that are returned

to us for non-payment by the bank.

Missed Appointments: We request that, when possible, a 48 window be given on all cancelled appointments.

AS of June 15,2011 all appointments that are not cancelled within the 48 hour window or those who choose not to show

up for their appointment will be charged a $65 fee for the misses appointment.

Late Drop-Off: We accept all pets between 7:30-8:30 AM.

Our day does not begin until all our pets are in and secured..

Please give us a call if you are running late so we don't fill your appointment.

Failure to call may result in having to reschedule your appointment.

Late Pick-Ups: We close at 4:00PM during the week and 1:00 PM on Saturdays.

There is a $65.00 late fee charged for picking up past closing unless other arrangements have been made.

Clean Up Fees: It is not the responsibility of this practice to walk your pet or to make sure that they have eliminated.

A $5.00 clean-up fee will be charged, per incident, so be sure your pet is exercised before the appointment.
